Horizontal press HL 500-H
The HL 500-H horizontal press is designed according to the latest trends in this field of mechanical engineering. We produce 3 types, namely HL 500-HI, HL 500-H-II and HL 500-H-III, which differ from one another primarily in the size of the loading area, their lifting capacity and their hourly output.
This machine is the result of our more than 20 years of experience in the production of pressing technology, which is a sufficient guarantee of the quality of the products and services supplied by us.
We provide non-stop technical support (including service) for the press and offer the possibility to connect to the press software remotely via the Internet.
The robust design made of high-quality steel sheets and profiles guarantees the strength and stability of the machine. The machine is driven by a hydraulic unit led from the electrical control cabinet through a highly sophisticated electronic control system. The control of the press and all its accessories and components can be managed from one central control panel with a large, abrasion-resistant colour touch screen. This control method allows the press to be very variably adapted to the specific needs of each customer.
Another advantage of the press is the possibility to equip it with many additional accessories and components (with a compression or pre-compression flap, conveyors, HVAC equipment, a PET bottle perforator, a cardboard shredder, a vibrator, a tipping device for various types of containers and cages, hoppers, automatic start-up systems, GSM modules etc.)
The arrangement of the press itself is also variable, where it is possible to choose the position of the hydraulic unit, control panel, and strapping system, the size of the strapping wire unwinding stand, etc. The press and all the other offered accessories meet all the latest operational safety requirements.
The horizontal press HL 500-H is designed for continuous, fully automatic pressing of materials that are compressed into the narrow outlet of the press (channel) by a compression plate after the compression chamber is filled and are then strapped into compact bales by the automatic strapping system. This significantly reduces the volume of the material, thus also significant reducing the cost of its transport and storage.
